Dear Cristian,

Social anxiety, panic attacks I totally understand that feeling. You feel like you don’t belong and that only a few understand you. I understand that feeling oh too well.

Trust me, I especially have problems like this; we have to stop overthinking stuff/ life/whatever else) I have to learn to let it go. Stop overethinking everything, just be your authentic self. Remember the key to social situations is to remember if you’re passionate about something, your own vibe will come out and they’ll be interested in what your talking about!
