Writing, especially late-night writing/journaling has helped me incredibly!

Helps me connect with my inner self. (You don’t have to be religious to understand this concept.)

We all have trauma from our past and am trying to heal from it one step at a time.

Setting goals and boundaries in the beginning may be a struggle. But remember this quote, “Rome wasn’t built in a day” and that you deserve better.

To truly heal, it takes one day at a time. Remember, no one has their life together especially on day 1, we must heal from our past and trauma one day at a time.

Doesn’t matter if your gay, bi, trans, straight, or whatever you identify with. We are all human and deserve the best in life!

Look at your life, would your childhood self or future self be proud of where you’re at?

If not, change your habits and set goals for yourself!
