What could you do less of?
Honestly I would say overthinking. Been under a lot if stress where I feel like it would be the end of the world.
Parents and friends they always try to remind me. BUT once I’m caught in this cycle, it’s not easy to break or change.
Always being on alert truly sucks and trying to tell my body to slow down is a struggle… one day at a time, I always say….
Need to get in better habits such as meditation π§ββοΈ and exercise ποΈββοΈ
Gotta hope for the best! One day at a time.
